Panel upgrades / Custom Panel:

Electrical Services:

     Upgrade your existing panel to and have peace of mind that the old wiring won't cause unexpected production shut downs. Upgrade to a fused or breaker protected panel and reduce the number of service calls for costly repairs and replacements.

Collision Avoidance:

     Eliminate the cause and even the possibility of collisions and potential safety hazards, by having a safety device limit travel, or speed within close proximity to personnel or property.

 Control Systems:

    We can create control systems to accommodate your needs, whether it's semi or fully automatic. Upgrade to frequency drives and create a greater range in speeds / speed control.                          

 Festoon Systems:   

   We can create festoon systems to suit new installations and existing cranes or to simply reduce the clutter in a work stations. Various styles and configurations to choose from: stretched wire, standard duty c-track, heavy duty c-track, standard duty square bar, heavy duty square bar and I beam series (for using existing I beams as a track system).

Bus Bar Systems:

   Replace worn out conductor shoes and bus bars, or upgrade to safer 4 bar systems (grounded fourth conductor). Various styles and configurations to choose from: heated bus bars (for outdoor applications, prevents problems caused by ice build-up), expansion joint systems (to accommodate abrupt temperature changes), and a variety of bus bar construction types to suit many different applications.

Refurbishments:   

    We can make an assessment of the necessary changes to refurbish your cranes electrical system, to as good as new condition, so you can rest easy in knowing your crane will be trouble free for some time to come.

Electric Motor Service:

    Have us look at your motor before taking on the cost of replacing it, it is often the case that a minor repair or rebuild will solve your problem; a solution far less costly than a new motor.
