August 2009
Congratulations to Centis Tile & Terrazo Inc. on the recent installation of a complete 2 ton crane and free-standing runway system in their Sudbury facility.
The crane is a 54ft SGTR featuring the new Shaw Box World Series hoist. The hoist unit is also fitted with a vacu-lift control system to assist in the movement of stone slabs.
Thanks again to the O'Brien Engineering group for their timely work on this project and for helping us complete this project quickly.

May 2009
Congratulations to Nickel City Steel of Sudbury on their new, state-of-the-art facility in Lively, Ontario.
This project is to be completed in two parts. Phase one, which is now complete, includes CraneWerx supplying and installing three new cranes for the facility. The first crane is a 49' 5 tonne crane rated for outdoor duty, as well as two 70' indoor cranes; one at 5 tonnes and the other a double-girder 15 tonne.
The project also included the installation of new power supplies throughout the building and to that end, CraneWerx would like to extend thanks to all the sub-trades that co-operated with us during this part of the installation. The first phase also included the relocation of an existing 10 tonne crane from Nickel City Steel's existing Kelly Lake Rd location.
The second phase will include the relocation and upgrading of four additional 5 tonne cranes from the existing facility to the new building, as well as the relocation of several jib cranes. Once the project is completed, Nickel City Steel will be in full production.
Once again we wish continued success to Sirio Gregorini and all the staff of Nickel City Steel.

March 2009
Congratulations to DMC Reinforcing Products of Val Caron, Ontario on the recent installation of a second 10 tonne gantry crane.
The crane is a completely rebuilt unit with a span of 60' 1/2" and 10 tonne capacity. CraneWerx was requested to complete the field modifications and to complete the erection of the new crane.
Due to the continued success and growth of DMC Reinforcing Products, the second crane was a necessary addition in order to meet production requirements.
The existing gantry will undergo a complete overhaul by CraneWerx in the next few weeks, and due to be ready for full production in the early spring of '09.
Once again, we congratulate Denis Huard and his group at DMC Reinforcing Products and we look forward to remaining 'Partners In Production'.
