Street Under Hung Cranes

Street under hung, or under slung cranes are the ideal solution when supporting steelwork beneath the crane is not an option. We offer single span and multi-span options. As under hung cranes are supported from the roof structure, minimized loadings are usually a requirement. Consequently most under hung cranes are single girder design, although Streets are able to offer double girder options.

Street manufactures a standard range of single girder under hung cranes in capacities up to 12.5 tons. Larger capacities are available upon request but roof loads may be a limiting factor. Multi-span cranes are available with overall bridge lengths greater than 100 m.
